I understand that life can be stressful, hard, and at times, completely overwhelming. That's why I'm here to provide a safe and supportive space where you can talk about and process your emotions, whether they stem from past experiences or current challenges. My therapeutic approach is all about empowering you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to cope with difficult emotions and create positive, lasting change. I believe in an empathetic and client-centered approach, where you set the goals for our work together, and I am right alongside you as a support and guide for change.

In my practice, I use a multi-theory approach tailored to your current concerns. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I truly believe in the power and strength of the mind and its ability to influence and change our behaviors. By transforming negative or disruptive thinking patterns, we can interrupt, challenge, and change behavioral patterns to more positive or desirable ones.

Mental health issues can take a toll on our bodies, which is why I also believe in a holistic outlook. When our emotions and behaviors are struggling, our entire being is likely struggling as well. Getting your mental health back on track can help your whole body feel good again. Together, we can tackle whatever you're struggling with, so you can go out into the world with the tools to help you cope and be your best self.
